I bought these original Fiero ads off of eBay over 10 years ago. They're out of Road & Track, Car Craft, etc. I've been moving them around in protective sleeves since 2001. For the last few years I've been asking my wife to find some frames for them. She finally remembered today. The last one is the original build sheet from when my grandpa special ordered the truck that is now my daily driver. I'm going to hang them in my garage by the Ducati posters.

That buildsheet pic is awesome. Looks like it was in a seat?

Finally got the other images to cooperate.

Yeah, when I took the seat out to have it redone I found that underneath.

    Yep. Circa 1981.

I'm pretty sure you already told the class that.

For many years GM (and Chrysler for a bit) put a second build sheet between the springs/foam in the backseat. Didn't know they put them in trucks as well. It's very cool that you have that and the pic :)

Finding it was like hitting a gold mine. I was really excited. I had to very carefully disassemble that part of the seat in order to get it out intact. It had been under there for about 28 years when I found it. It's completely worn through in a few places.

Remind me to bring you a copy of Classic Car for March 2012 - "Meet the newest classic cars, class of 1987" The last gen Fiero made the list.

I hope you don't find it necessary to wear item D1Z when you drive the truck this time of year.

    That'd be cool.

However, the acknowledgement means I'll have to pay more when I buy mine.
