    RC-30, Triumph Speed Triple
530 pounds and 32.5 inch seat height.. Pass.
More interested in the Naked Hornet on that site, 100 lbs lighter, smaller, arguably nicer looking, less expensive, more HP. Of course, we won't get that one.
  3. BobcatSig They call me "Auger."

Meh. I thought they were releasing that with the 1200 mill. Not so much?

Looks good, sort of KTM-ish. I gotta go with CBRVFR... It's a bit heavy, though an aftermarket exhaust and a few other bits will likely get it to sub 500lbs pretty easily.

Phobe's got a link to the proposed 1200 ADV bike here : http://www.motorcycleaddicts.org/honda/38021-honda-crosstourer.html

I should say I think this is an intelligent way for them to keep the mill in the lineup, in the same way they've kept the 650 twin from the original NT Hawk around forever, so it is a good package from that standpoint. It's just not what I'm looking for. Your long legged, going on unpaved roads, young enough to pick up about 600 lbs of laden, top heavy bike mileage may vary!

Keep it off my lawn, too. :D
  6. gt702 Oh the memories

That is the Crosstourer ...see the other post http://www.motorcycleaddicts.org/honda/38021-honda-crosstourer.html#post269613

It will be interesting to see these two in person.

The Hornet came here as the 919 and I thought as a CB599, but I don't remember if the smaller one actually made it here. Didn't seem to sell that well if I remember, but good all round bike.

The "crosstourer" is the vfr1200 based one. This is your vfr800 replacement. Lighter than the vfr and probably better handling, more comfy.

That was my first thought. 8th Gen? Gen 7.1?

Not at all. I like the cedar plank behind the rider for cleaning fish you might be lucky enough to catch on your adventures.

    Needs more screen.

Looks nice and roomy though, should be comfortable.

Is this the RC60 that was circulating Suzuka a few years ago?
