Words are difficult to describe Scott's work. A much more detailed post once I can get a few more pics . . .
He sent me a few pics of it this morning. Can't even imagine how good it must look in person. Great job, 08.
Beautiful! I'm going to have to take that beast out for a spin this year. It's GP shift? It'll be some very slow laps, as I've never ridden GP shift before.
Thank goodness, now I can't screw up and accidentally mention it. Again. Master craftsman, inspiring like good art is.
Particularly since it has so much torque you don't have to shift much.. Great work, Scott. MORE PICS, please! Anyone else seeing the ghost MCADX on the belly fairing?
If it's anything like riding bwhip's 1098F(for Fast as Hell) Ducati, expect to talk to yourself in your helmet. A lot. Other than that, you'll be fine.
Looks AWESOME! Love the paint scheme! I was surprised you guys where re-painting it, it was still on good shape, now I understand! oh, I'll have some
For anyone contemplating bringing U4, remember this bike gets gallons per mile (not miles per gallon HaHaHa!). I typically used 10 to 15 gallons minimum on a race weekend with this bike . . .
Thanks guys. I figured Abtech needed his morning coffee spot back, before he spilt his coffee on the mega insanely cool mixer. I'm gonna feel a little lost in the garage now with out her.. maybe even be forced to watch TV. But I think the other bikes were getting a bit jealous. Seems only appropriate that it should have a new finish, and one to match Frank's old TZ now that the bike is back home where it belongs. Frank, for all you've done for us here, and being "that guy" us younger guys can look up to and rely on for questions.. The pleasure was mine.
