    Have you ever checked the clearance between the caliper and the disc?

    yup. Something is definitely wrong. The manual says I am supposed to have a min clearance of .7mm between caliper and disc. I have .27mm clearance. I am going to take some pictures when I get home of the spacers and calipers and post up. Maybe I should just buy some new rotors and pads and say the heck with it. :dunno:
