My biggest performance gain was Grattan. Cost me about 2 grand.

How will Grattan fit under my fairing...its tight in there as it is...maybe I could just get one of those stickers Rossi has on his bike...

P.S. Thanks for the vid by the way...it was excellent.

    I'm going to say -

    PowerCommander

especially for a 954. Anything that can smooth out the power has the ability to make you quicker.

I already have a power commander and Arata exhaust... I think I may do some headwork and cams.

wooops. Wondered why no one stated the obvious.

And you've done the gearing? For smile factor, that ain't a bad one like HG said.

I dont want to change gearing at this point...and I dont really drink...I have had a total of about 3 or 4 drinks...this entire year.

$15 for a new front sprocket. if you don't like it switch back and don't eat out for lunch for a couple days.

Once you get to the track you'll change your mind about the gearing :twocents::)
It made a huge difference in the ridablity on the track (did I just make up a word??).
Slow corners where 1st was too jerky, but 2nd was too high are now perfect in 2nd. Improved acceleration, too. I did -1 front, +1 rear on my 929.

Mods? CBRVFR has always been good value. Allegedly.

Sounds like you know from experience...how much does he charge you?

Head work should net you about the same as a full exhaust... so I've been told. I may even know where you can get a spare head... ;) (Funny how plans change)

another plus one on the sprockets, makes a HUGE difference.

after that maybe you should look at bmc race filters, a-tech HRC replica intake, 06 velocity stacks, power commander. The list goes on and on. Hope that helps a little.

just change the gearing and take it to the track. Work on your riding, that will make the bike faster:thumb:
