I like the BNG. Not enough to go into debt for one, unfortunately.

I think the styling looks great.

Looks like (silghtly) upgraded suspension, but the rest is pretty much the same. Same motor, frame, swingarm.. Wheels are different, and some of the plastic is cosmetically slightly different, as well at the instrument panel. I'm disappointed in Honda. At 5 years with the same design, it could have been more.

I need to hear more details. I like the styling, and BPF forks is actually a big upgrade. If they made any motor tweaks it could still be a nice improvement. Not a whole new bike by any means, but the forks alone make it a lot better than just BNG.

I haven't been following the line - no real rider aids on these, right?

Looks like the shock has the same BPF style adjusters on it too.

Since the one in the pictures doesn't have the ABS, I wonder if the ABS version will have all the toys? That way they can have a cheap diet version and a full-fat version for more money.

:drool: mmmhhh full fat :D :thumb:

That would be interesting, I think it's possible too. No exciter rings on the wheels, so there are no rider aids on this one.

The BPF stuff is supposed to be really good and I think the new styling and paint are terrific.

Not the bike many might have been hoping for, but I think it'd be a nice bike at the right price.

Geez Honda, come on. Put out another Black and Yellow bike and I might have to buy the 929 a little brother. Well younger at least.

    It's official: 2012 CBR1000RR Introduction Video

New wheels, suspension, and LCD dash.

Color me shocked, they're actually bringing the Red/White/Blue scheme to the US.

    MSRP: $13,800 (standard model), $14,800 (C-ABS model) CBR1000RR - Pearl White/Blue/Red

BNG aside :poke: the rims and suspension might actually be a couple of really nice upgrades.

I dont see it selling well with the BMW so close in price. But who knows.
